Employment Hero (KeyPay) have provided an update regarding New public holiday impacting leave requests for NSW-based employees

The NSW government announced a new public holiday on the Monday following Anzac Day for this year and next (2026 and 2027). If you do not have any NSW-based employees, you can disregard this update.
For organisations with NSW-based employees, this public holiday will impact any approved leave requests on 25 and 27 April 2026. To ensure annual leave entitlements have been calculated correctly, we strongly recommend taking the following steps:
- Sign in to Employment Hero Payroll as an admin.
- Click the Manage Employees button on the payroll dashboard, then click Manage Requests under the Leave sub-menu.
- On the Leave Management screen, switch to the Calendar view and navigate to 25 April 2026.
- Review any approved leave requests for NSW-based employees that occur on 25 and 27 April 2026 to ensure the hours have been calculated correctly.

Readysell Jan Sprint 2026 update
We’re pleased to announce that Readysell 8.64.2xx is rolling out progressively to all of our Readysell 8 customers. New Feature Development
17365 – [applicable to particular customers] Improved our web integration to allow for web orders to drop into site chosen from the web rather than the default site.
Bug Fixed
15972 – Fixed email batch for accounts follow up emails, as they now includes a credit balance open item if the value of the over balance for that period is greater than zero – Relates to ticket 23277 and 71750.
17327 – Fixed when reversing a sale shipment (crediting a shipment) Readysell was not using the original cost/manual cost that was on the from the reversed shipment.
17350 – Fixed an issue where reversing a stock quantity adjustment, the reversal was not using the same general ledger account as the original stock quantity adjustment – Relates to tickets 78719.
17354 – [applicable to particular customers] Fixed an issue that could prevent future web orders from processing when failing to process a web order’s geo location.
17356 – When copying a service order previously the customer data was not being included. Now when copying the newly created service order it will include; street 1-4, suburb, phone, fax, email, abn, and contact name.
17357– Fixed an issue where the Readysell was replacing products (following product replacement configuration) when scanning a product with a barcode scan – Relates to ticket 80134.
17363 – Fixed an issue where an object reference error could occur when using an end period of December in the balance sheet reports. Relates to inbuilt form report “F-004 Balance report” or custom reports built from this original report.

New Feature Development
17299 – [Retail POS] Added the ability to search for products in the product list by scanning a product’s barcode.
17320 – New End of Day and End of Day Sales Analysis reports. Form report IDs F-149 and F-150 – Relates to tickets 72416 and 74121.
17338 – Cash count required on a workstation now will override the system type “CASH-COUNT-REQUIRED” under sales. This allows more control over workstations regardless of what is set in the system types.
17345 – Integration with Cario freight. An alternative solution to Smartfreight or StarshipIt. Contact Readysell support for setup.
Bug Fixed
17331 – Fixed an issue that could cause the balance on sale order to be 0.01 due to a rounding cash payment.
17335 – Fixed an issue that was occurring when a supplier payment was created using a tender method of non-internet was not calculated in the shift line.
17337 – [applicable to particular customers] Fixed an issue where the last catalogue field for a product was not pointing to the most recent catalogue that included the product – Relates to tickets 75256, 74894, and 77822.
17288 – [applicable to particular customers] Fixed the meter charge shipment address not populating on the shipment when creating a charge for a machine – Relates to ticket 73871.
17348 – Fixed and issue when finalising a price change run and the new price inc tax ended with 0.0001- Relates to ticket 79181.
17351 – [applicable to particular customers] Fixed external import that was previously only looking for “Active” products. Import will now consider any form of active flag.
17362 – [Mobile App] Fixed an issue where Picker was not getting updated back to the original shipment after being set from the mobile app.
